How do I reset my buyer's password?

Your XomePro account unfortunately does not provide a means to reset a buyer's password for his or her Home Shop Account.  If your buyer is unable to reset the password using the "forgot password" functionality on the website, you may contact the HomeScout Support Team at 888-774-6386 for assistance.  A team member will reset the password and let you know the new password so you may update your buyer.
