How do I manually add a contact?

There are two methods to manually add a contact.  Please note there is currently an issue with the second method that is currently being investigated by the developers.  We will update this article once that issue is resolved.


METHOD 1 - ADD THE CONTACT USING YOUR WEB SITE


1) Go to your website and click the Account button in the upper right corner.




2) Click on the Register button.




3) Enter the information as if you were the client (you will create a password that you will later share with your client) and click the Submit button.




METHOD 2 - ADD THE CONTACT USING YOUR HOMESCOUT DASH


1) Go to https://homescout.xomepro.com/ and log in to your account.

2) Click on Contacts in the left menu and click on the Contacts sub-option.


3)  Click the Add Contact button above your contact list.


4)  Enter your contact's information.  If you would like for the contact to have a Home Shop Account to use on your website, select Yes for "Would you like to register this contact?" and create a password for the contact.  



5) Click the Save button when finished.
