My buyer tried to register on my site and received an "already registered" message. What should my buyer do?

If your buyer sees the "Great news! You've already registered" message when trying to register, he or she may click on the "Please sign in" link to return to the login screen.

If your buyer cannot remember his or her password, and is unable to reset the password using the "forgot password" functionality on the website, you may contact the HomeScout Support Team at 888-774-6386 for assistance.  A team member will reset the password and let you know the new password so you may update your buyer.
