How does a contact that existed in legacy HomeScout log in to the new HomeScout experience?

While your previous contacts were migrated to the new HomeScout, it will be necessary for the contact to reset his or her password using the following steps.


1) Go to your new HomeScout website (once you have provided the link).


2) Click on the blue Account button in the upper right corner.


3) Click on the Forgot Password link and follow the prompts to complete the process.
