How do I know which leads in my dash I should focus on?

Your HomeScout Dash includes information to help you see which leads are interacting with your website the most.

Within any individual lead record, you may see if the lead is actively saving properties and searches, as well as track other activity such as submitting inquiry forms.

Knowing which contacts are actively engaged and are getting serious about their home search will help you identify the best and most immediate opportunities in your pipeline.

Another way to see which clients are most active is via the Dashboard section, which you may access by clicking the Dashboard option in your left menu or the HomeScout Dash option on the Launchpad.

Key stats, including total leads, inquiries, and property views, will appear at the top of the page. The headings for each data point are clickable. In the example below, clicking the Buyers heading will display the 226 leads that are buyers.

If necessary, you may click the blue button in the right corner to change your date range.

If you scroll below the key stats at the top of the page, you will see which leads have the most saved searches, most saved properties, most inquiries, and most tour requests during your selected date range.

You will also find a list of leads who have been recently active. You may toggle between 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days.

You may also determine which leads are most active using the Activities section, which offers a means to only view certain types of leads.  When you click on the Activities option in the menu, you are presented with the following sub-options: Inquiries, Requests, Saved Searches, and Properties.

For each sub-option, you may filter the results using the search options found above the list.

Each sub-option is designed to show you which leads are responsible for the most activity during your selected date range. For example, if you click on the Inquiries sub-option, you will see which leads have generated the most inquiries in the Count column.

For any lead, you may click the arrow icon in the Action column to see a list of what is being counted.
