HomeScout sent an email communication on Saturday, February 5 that included your new URL. However, if that email was lost in your spam or you did not receive it for whatever reason, there is a way for you to determine the new URL on your own.
The old URL format in the majority of cases is as follows:
https://homescout.xome.com/firstname-lastname
If you are a Loan Officer
The new URL format replaces homescout.xome.com/ with homescout.com/l/
Example: https://homescout.com/l/firstname-lastname
If you are an Agent
The new URL format replaces homescout.xome.com/ with homescout.com/a/
Example: https://homescout.com/a/firstname-lastname
