Besides viewing the lead record, what other options do I have for tracking user activity in the dash?

Inquiries


Click on the Leads option in the left column and click on the Inquiries sub-option to see a list of leads who have completed various forms on the website.




The inquiries list will show you the type of inquiry submitted as well as any relevant information captured when the user completed the form.




Tour Requests


Click on the Leads option in the left column and click on the Requests sub-option to see leads who asked to see a property and designated a desired date and time.  Viewing the tour requests will help you identify opportunities to introduce the lead to one of your real estate partners. 




Users may request an in-person tour or a tour via video-chat.



Searches


Click on the Leads option in the left column and click on the Searches sub-option to only see leads who have saved searches.




You will be able to see the location of the saved search as well as the minimum price, maximum price and minimum number of bedrooms desired.  You may click on any lead to see additional details.




Properties


Click on the Leads option in the left column and click on the Properties sub-option to only see leads who have saved properties. 



For each lead, you will see the price and address of the property the lead saved.
