HomeScout Weekly Platform Update
The HomeScout Development Team implemented the following updates and bug fixes during the week of August 15, 2022.
HomeScout Dash Updates
Visibility of Active vs. Inactive Status
When viewing the record for an LO or Agent, admins are now able to see if that user is currently active or inactive.
Group Management Functionality
Brand Admins may now add a member to additional groups while on the “Groups” tab for that member.
In addition, Brand Admins may now toggle group admin status for any group to which a user is assigned.
Access Lead Information from List
When viewing a list of leads, clicking the arrow in the “Action” column will now open a drawer allowing you to view the basic details and activity.
The drawer will appear on the right side of the screen. You may click the “x” in the upper right corner of the drawer to close.
Below is an example of what you might see in the drawer.
The drawer view will be different if you are viewing leads by activity.
For example, if you are only viewing leads with inquiries, only the inquiry information will appear in the drawer.
However, you may click the “Show All” button to see all activity if desired.
