HomeScout Weekly Platform Update

The HomeScout Development Team implemented the following updates during the week of August 22, 2022.

HomeScout Dash Updates

Update Banner Image for LO, Agent, or Branch Website

HomeScout Support now has the means to update the image that appears in the home search area of an LO, agent, or branch website.

If you have an image you would like to use for your site, you may email the image as an attachment to support@homescout.com and request for the image to be uploaded to your site.   For best results, provide an image that is at least 1900 pixels (width) x 600 pixels (height).

Lead Reassignment

Users who are designated a group/branch admin may now assign leads to any user or team within that group/branch.

HomeScout Website Updates

HomeScout Qualified Borrower

The main HomeScout site now includes new calls to action to help consumers determine their homeownership eligibility and become a HomeScout Qualified Borrower.

Consumers who enter their financial information and complete the process will receive a RIKI (Residual Income Knowledge Index) score to help them understand how much they can afford.

HomeScout clients participating in HomeScout Qualified Borrower will have these new calls to action added to their websites, creating opportunities to engage with borrowers on a deeper level at the beginning of the transaction.  Our seamless pre-qualification process will benefit both lender and consumer while providing lenders with qualified borrower leads in the HomeScout dashboard, with enough information to complete up to 75% of a 1003 mortgage application.
