You may access your dashboard stats by clicking the Dashboard option in your left menu or the HomeScout Dash option on the Launchpad.


Key stats (including total leads, inquiries, property views) are displayed at the top of the page. You will also find modules that will show you how many leads have completed financial-related inquiries such as Loan Requests, and how many leads are assigned a Home Value or Market Area campaign. In addition, you will find a breakdown of the stages to which your leads are assigned, so you can quickly see (for example) how many leads are at the "Attempted Contact" stage, how many leads are at the "Contact Made" stage, etc.  (For information on how to update a lead stage, view this article.) 

The headings for many data points are clickable. In the example below, clicking the Buyers heading will display the 226 leads that are buyers. 

 

 If necessary, you may click the blue button in the right corner to change your date range.

 

If you scroll below the key stats at the top of the page, you will see which leads have the most saved searches, most saved properties, most inquiries, and most tour requests during your selected date range.


You will also find a list of leads who have been recently active. You may toggle between 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days.  


Below the Recently Active leads, you will find charts showing the lead activity during the date range you have selected.

 

At the bottom of the page, you will find Top Groups and Lead Distribution charts.  The Top Groups chart may be useful if you have multiple cobrands and want to see which partners have the most lead activity.  The Lead Distribution chart will break down how many of your leads are buyers, sellers, or renters.
