Selecting the Inquiries sub-option under Activities in the left menu will show you any leads that have an inquiry associated with them. Inquiries are instances in which a lead completed a form for the purposes of requesting information or accessing certain functionality. The information includes most recent inquiry submitted by each lead.
You may filter the inquiry results using the search options found above the list.
For example, you may use the Type search option to only view leads who have completed a specific inquiry, such as claiming their property via the Home Value report.
Clicking on any individual lead will take you to that lead record. Use the Inquiries tab to see a list of all inquiries the lead has submitted.
