Requests

Selecting the Requests sub-option under Activities in the left menu will show you any leads that have submitted a request for an in-person property tour or a video chat.

 

You may filter the request results using the search options found above the list.



For example, you may use the Type search option to only view leads who have submitted an in-person request.

 


Clicking on any individual lead will take you to that lead record. Use the Requests tab to view all requests the lead has submitted.
