Campaigns Section Basics

The Campaigns section allows you to:

  • View all existing leads currently set up with an email campaign.
  • Create a campaign for a new or existing individual lead.
  • Import a file for the purposes of setting up campaigns for multiple individuals.


To access this section, click on the Campaigns option in the left menu.

 
The list includes the type of campaign assigned to each lead as well as how many campaigns are assigned.


 You may filter the results using the search options found above the list.


In the Action column, you may click on the arrow icon for a particular lead to access a list of all campaigns associated with that lead.

 

For each campaign, you may view how many emails have been delivered and opened.

The Action column contains options for managing your campaigns.  Use the x icon to delete a campaign or use the pencil icon to edit the campaign parameters.

The third icon in the Action column is an Events icon.

Clicking that icon will open a drawer with information on exactly when emails were sent or delivered.
