First Time Logging In

Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@finlocker.com - The subject will be “Your HomeScout one-time password”.
When you have received your one-time password as described above, visit the following link:
- https://portal.finlocker.com/admin/auth/login
Fill in the following:
- Company Code: HomeScout -- Note – this is not case sensitive
- Username: your email address (the address where you received the one-time password)
- Password: Use the one-time password sent from no-reply@finlocker.com. Once you login for the first time, you will be prompted to create your permanent password
