How does my client get started after downloading the Vida app?

The first time your client opens the Vida app, they will be asked to create an account. Upon starting that process, they will see the screen below and click Let's Begin to continue.




Your client will then enter the invite code you provided.  (If you are unsure about how to find your invite code, click here for more information.)



After entering the invite code, your client will start the registration process, during which they will enter the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Cell Phone
  • Zip Code



Once the required information is entered, your client will need to accept the terms of service and validate their cell phone number via a text message.


Your client will need to log in to the app again once the initial setup is complete.  They will need to use their email address and password the first time, but after logging in, they may then set up fingerprint ID or face ID depending on the capabilities of their phone.
