If you are signed up for HomeScout Vida, you should see an Invite URL under the Vida heading in the Launchpad section of your HomeScout Dashboard. If you do not see your Vida information, please reach out to HomeScout support for assistance.
Providing this URL to your clients will allow them to sign up for HomeScout Vida in a web browser. The URL will take clients to Vida registration page, at which point the client will click Register Now.
The client will enter an email address and password to create an account.
Next, the client will enter personal information and click the Create Account button to continue.
The client will receive a text message with a verification code. They will enter that code and click Continue.
Now that the account setup process is complete, Vida will ask the client to provide additional information to help identify that client’s goals.
Vida will ask a series of questions to help determine where the client is in their home ownership journey.
After answering the questions, your client will have an opportunity to consent to share their data with you.
With the Vida account now fully set up, your client may begin using the desktop version of Vida (if they went through the signup process on their computer). They may also download the mobile Vida app on their phone and log in to the app using the account they created.
