HomeScout implemented the following updates and bug fixes during the week of August 28, 2023.
HomeScout Updates
Task Management
LOs/Agents may now use the Task Management section to add and keep track of tasks. 
After a task is added, it may be moved to the Progress or Completed columns as needed.
Campaigns Section – Delivered and Opened Columns
The Campaigns section now includes Delivered and Opened columns to allow LOs/Agents to see the delivered and opened counts for each individual lead.
